The main screen

Your mood curve sits at the bottom of the main screen.

Your streak and a seven-day snapshot sit at the top.

Tap the calendar icon (top right) to see your full history.

Tap the gear icon (top left) to open Settings.
Recording your mood

Slide your finger along the curve until the mood name feels right.

Tap the button to save. That's your entry for the day — it only takes a moment.

Each of the seven states has a name: Terrible, Hollow, Weary, Peaceful, Grateful, Radiant, Wonderful.

Each mood appears as a distinct colour dot in your calendar.
Writing a note

After saving your mood, tap the entry on the main screen to open it.

Write as much or as little as you like.

To format text, select a word or phrase — then choose Bold, Italic, or Underline from the menu that appears.
Adding a photo

Inside the note editor, tap Add photo to attach an image from your library or take one with your camera.

One photo per entry.

Tap the photo to view it full screen, or use the save button to keep it in your camera roll.
Browsing past entries

The coloured dots beneath your streak represent the past seven days.

Tap the calendar icon to see every month. Tap any day to read that entry.

Swipe left or right inside a past entry to move to the next or previous day.
Exporting your journal (Premium)

Tap Export Journal Data to CSV in Settings for a spreadsheet of all your entries — date, mood, and note text. Photos are not included in CSV.

Tap Export Journal Data to PDF, choose a month, then tap Generate PDF for a formatted document with each entry's date, mood, note, and photograph.

Share the exported file by email, save it to Files, or open it in any compatible app.
